My fiance and I recently decided to purchase our first home and did not know what to expect. Not being from South Carolina, I was unfamiliar with the real estate market and the home buying process. I learned so much through my conversations with Bart that, looking back, I don't know how I would have become a Hilton Head homeowner without him. In fact, when an unexpected issue arose during inspection Bart and Foundation went into their pocket to ensure that I had the money I needed to fix the problem right. For a deal that probably did not net Bart and Foundation very much money, I was treated as if they were making a fortune. I always felt like I was Bart's top priority. Buying your first home can be scary, but Bart and the staff at Foundation Realty made it a true pleasure. Since closing on the home, Bart has stayed in contact and continues to be a resource for me when I have new homeowner questions. There is no doubt in my mind that I have built a long-term relationship with Bart and Foundation as a result of my experience.
