Between $430k and $500k, Shipyard real estate is more affordable than many other plantation communities. However, there are fewer lots for sale here than other places because of Shipyard's smaller overall size.

Real Estate Sellers Tip Closing and moving The final step of the sale is still crunch time! You have to stay aware of the inspections, the mortgage company, the title search, the attorneys and anyone else involved in your transaction to ensure that all goes according to plan before you load up and move out. Once you have gotten the 'all-clear,' cancel your utilities (and give them your new address so they can mail your deposits!) and contact the post office about forwarding your mail. |
