Port Royal Short Sales are popping up much more so than the Foreclosures. One trend that we’re seeing with the Port Royal Short Sales is that the listings are coming in the mid to higher price points for the neighborhood. All of the other Plantations we’ve seen them come in the lower price points. The Days on the market have been much higher for the Port Royal Short sales as well. Currently the average days on the market have been 173 days, with the average price point being $1,158,000. The properties have been scattered around the neighborhood as well so there isn’t any single designated area within the plantation that is being affected.
