Forest Beach Foreclosures sell quickly. Forest Beach (North & South) is mostly made up of non gated ocean community homes and high occupancy villa rentals on the south end of the Island. We haven’t seen a large influx of Forest Beach Foreclosure homes on the market. The Foreclosures we have seen though have tended to be located in the North Forest Beach side. The Forest Beach Foreclosures for Villas has been a different story. We’ve seen an abundant amount of villas in Foreclosure moving in the past few months. These villas are typically located in high rental destination areas and investors see it as a great time to get into these units are substantially lower prices than a few years ago.
