This community is often referred to as part of the Eagle's Point Golf Club. Eagle's Pointe is over 350 acres of neighborhood surrounding the Davis Love III golf course in Bluffton. The community, located about 10 minutes from the bridge to Hilton Head Island, is not gated because the course is public.

Eagle's Point has security gates, but they are unmanned and access is not restricted.
