Fall is one of the best times of year in the Lowcountry. As the temperatures drop, things really heat up on HHI and Bluffton.  Fall is the perfect time for pumpkins, hay rides and of course — yummy food!

Apple Crisp: The autumn morning air is apple crisp and sugary sweet. According to the Hilton Head Area Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the local real estate market is at an all time record high.  In the first eight months of 2016, home sales reaches 2,191.  The previous record was over 10 years old, indicating that demand is at an all time high. 

Having recently being recognized as Travel + Leisure's  (T&L) Top Continental U.S. Island, Hilton Head Island is still 27% cheaper than the peak set in 2005.  Sellers property values have increased at an average of 7% year to date, while inventory continues to decrease.
