A Hilton Head Island retail industry icon, Pineland Station, is poised for a complete rebirth and transformation as construction begins on a comprehensive redevelopment of the 40 year-old shopping destination to be renamed Sea Turtle Marketplace.


“Pineland Station has a unique place in the history of this community and the retail industry, and we have an opportunity to build on the center's legacy and strengths to create a fresh new experience,” noted Jon S.
